I just ran into Neil Tomlinson PPL electrical supervisor,
Neil informed me 1 of the main feeders to campus (blewup,
in Neils words manhole covers are on there into orbit) .
There are 4 of these feeders to campus that is why it was
a power fluctuation and not a power failure. Parts of Cambridge
are without power still.
Also Neil seems to think there may be more problems coming.
