Problem: system unable to boot up after power surge
It goes thru the countdown but then on countdown number 1,
gives error EXCEPT VTR NRML.
It's possible that the boot environment has been corrupted, but
Roger and I were unable to get it to the halt mode (on the phone.)
WARNING: Roger has told me that this system has 2 hard disks
Ezra helped him set it up. Watch out for that environment.
It is also his personal machine, so any help as soon as
can be done would be greatly appreciated by Roger.
