IBM 5081 Monitor on "splat"

The IBM 5081 (color) monitor attached to "splat" (RIOS in the watchmaker
area), seems to be bowed and shifted off the screen. I had placed a
request to have this fixed, and apparently IBM has taken a look at it,
and attempts to adjust it have also been made by Bob Mckie.
The monitor is actually ours, not one that is on loan from IBM.

MIT #: 020x188 (The x is an unreadable number, maybe 4,6,9)
(It looks like a cartoon profile of the upper lip
and nose)
