Hello Ray,
The Athena Hotline replaced the broken paper tray on STOWE.
Normaly we would have charge you for this because the break
would not be concidered "normal wear" by our hardware vendor
(Digital). But, we had extras, which is not normaly the case.
Maybe post a sign asking people to be carefull or "go see xx
to add paper" would prevent this in the future.
