 leAnne fro Phy plant requested an immediate ok for this shutdown.
 jerry ok'd it for hotline and LeAnne called 8400 (emergency) for
 their input.

 NW21 boiler shutdown 12-3pm, 3-2. Repair trap line.
 No heat in entire building.
