Yes, We can live with this for a while. It occurs only once a month and
requires a modem powercycle w/ a queue restart. If the current print
strategy is to be extended to the future (6-18 months) we owe it to the
customer to correct it.
Currently we get a call from the dept secretary (name?) that the
LN03 is "broken again".

How difficult to live with is this intermittent problem? Can things
continue the way they are for several months?
Regardless of the any departmental print serving decisions I can't see
any action being taken before the June time frame. If this problem
is too difficult to live with maybe you, Jerry and I should talk
about how this would get fixed and who would pay for it.
