Problem: This workstation is STILL down.
The network is fixed but it needs to be booted up.
It is stuck in single-user mode.
There is no record of what was done to this machine after I
forwarded the Telecom repairs (which doesn't help when I am trying
to explain the status to the customer.) Perhaps the note was accidentally
deleted.
Could you please take a look at this machine? (Probably just needs
the bootpath reset.)
