Deployment of Athena Release 7.4H

Starting Tues Mar 2, and continuing for the next several days,
deployment of release 7.4H will be underway for the DECstation,
VAX, and RT platforms.
Due to a 7.4G file system corruption problem on the RS6000, Athena
release 7.4H for the RS6000 was deployed on Thur Feb 25.
