Net 58 was mostly unusable from Sun Feb 21 10:50:28 1993 to Sun Feb 21
12:47:39 1993. Several drops are now shut off - I'll send the details
to the network list later - the problem was traced to some jabbering
machines on the 2nd floor of Building 1.
