Hello Mike,
The printer HILDA in 7-012 is in need of a "toner collection
bottle". As long as the bottle is full the LN03 cannot print.
Can you forward a note to the cluster manager of 7-012 telling
him this. If your dept has no cluster-manager can you put me
in touch with the department head. Hotline would like to
have the bottle replaced so we can turn the queue back on.
