Last week I was asked to set up A/P to come in and secure a
sun for Tom. Len came in and Mark Virtue ok'd Lens plan
for securing. Later that day Tom & Jerry informed me they
didn't like the way it was secured, so I had Len come back
in and give me some choices. I left a note on the system
after Len left (note disappeared 5mins later) note stated
Sun had to be shutdown by 9:30am on 2-5-93. I also informed
Tom/Jon about the need to have the system shutdown by 9:30am
on Monday. I checked system and it was still on and running
I left a new note to shutdown Monday morning, Len was late
and showed up @10:15am (system still up and running). I
couldn't find anyone with authority to shutdown Sun so Len
left. 5 Mins later Tom & Miki show'd up. Miki informed
me she forgot to shutdown system. I told Tom it would be
better to have someone who knows about system to coordinate
with Len from A/P. Miki got picked, I paged Len and gave
him Mikis' name and number.
