The door was the main entrance door to the cluster.
There wasn't any damage that I could tell. Aparently
the problem was that the door latch mechanism was
getting stuck in the open position.
After fiddling with it for a while, I found a place
I could press to make it stick almost every time.
I marked that spot and called Plant to let them
know that there was still a problem and how to
reproduce it.
