paper tray broken

I am the computer consultant in the economics cluster (e52-364). The athena
laser printer has a paper tray that was dropped. On the left side of the tray
toward the back there is a black plastic piece that apparently fell out and
someone tried to jam it back in. It needs to be pushed in another inch in order
to be able to put the tray back into the printer. I'm afraid to jam it in any
further for fear of snapping the piece. If you have any experience with this
problem or can send someone down to fix it, I'd appreciate it.
