Andrea Wong called to report that a Dec 5000 in the Computer Resource
Room (bldg 9, fifth floor) is broken. She was tyring to make a backup
copy of a file when the machine froze, she tried to reboot the machine
but the machine never came back up successfully. This is a private
cluster but she did not know who was in charge. The number of the Dec
5000 is machine #21.
