pvax scsi problems

My pvax, "multics", hung yesterday with some sort of SCSI controller
timeout. System tests from the monitor showed nothing wrong, so I
tried rebooting, and it crashed with the same error. After this,
system tests reported errors (sorry, I didn't copy down the exact
numbers) with the SCSI controller, and the machine wouldn't boot.
I switched it off for a few minutes, and the machine came back okay
(so far); should I just ignore this problem, or should DEC take a
look?
