Varghese George has reported real bad qaulity on his LNO3. I have found that
the toner roller was badly corrupted, and the printer was calling for both
toner and maint. I have showed Jake how to install toner & maint. kits.
I have also noticed that the fan assembly was not working. I have placed a
service call to DEC.

Bill M. (DEC) has replaced the fan assembly, and has a cleaning unit and
development drawer on parts hold at 15:45.
