User (zzyang) was found to have 20 jobs in pythons queue,
each in excess of 100,000 bytes. I zwrote him and asked
that he kill his jobs and send them to the dispatch area
printers he refused I informed him that I would and did.
Each job was takeing over 5mins to print and other jobs
started backing up behind him.
