I tried to reformat a diskette on m66-080-3 that Shrieks had
formatted on beauty and received following error:
athena% mformat -h a:
RX23: unit# 4: offline
init: open: I/O error
athena% ^[^R
athena% mformat -h a:
RX23: unit# 4: offline
init: open: I/O error
I then tried to format same diskette on m66-080-2 which completed
format successfully.
A service call is needed to DEC.
