At 1:58am today (29 Jan 93), some users were notified that they had been
switched to a new Zephyr server. ("finding new server" message from
zhm) Others (including myself) silently lost all Zephyr subscriptions
at about 02:30 or 02:45. A "zctl load" solved the problem.
(My server (after the reload, anyway) was Neskaya. )
