[VP] SCS#2 Shutdown

SCS #2 will be shutdown on Monday 2-1-93 from 10am-12pm.
Wont effect us directly but they will not get notified
of A/C alarms.  Will need to check mach rms more often
during this time.

I gave Craig ok for our group.
