Hello. The VS2000 pal21 on the sixth floor of Bldg 38 is broken.
When rebooted, it consistently displays this message before halting:

sd0: Forced Error Modifier set LBN 49340

/dev/rrd0g: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENLY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.
