Hi All-
Ran into Warren Scott in the W20-575a mach rm.
The A/C units in W20-575a are running fine, the
problem with these units is the same as bldg.
37&11. The main processor unit is old and needs
replacement.
Warren needs to get an ok from his mgr before the
parts can be ordered, each A/C unit upgrade costs
approx $1400. The WO for W20-575a A/C units will
be closed and Warren will keep in contact with
myself as to whats going on on his end.
Also Warrens men will be doing more work on the
11-135 A/C units tomorrow 1-21-93 from 7:30am-
12pm. He has assured me that one unit will always
be running, which means that the backup will be
on sometime during this work.
The above work will not complete 11-135, what needs
to happen is a link needs to be put in connecting
the primary and backup units, so when the primary
fails the backup will kick on. What happens now
is the backup A/C unit needs to be manually started
when the primary fails. Warren knows that we need
appropriate notification for this to happen.
The brain that was installed to the right as you
walk into the room on the wall will be removed as
it will no longer have a purpose when the 4th paragraph
work is completed.
I think that about covers it.
