Hi all,
My VS3100 ratliff is having a crisis. The screen is black, power light
on the monitor is off, but the monitor is turned on. The power light
blinks on every 1.5 seconds and the monitor makes a whirring sound then
nothing. I tried power cycling the monitor - but that didn't help.
Can someone take a look at this?
