Hello Pengyun,
I have successfully done several read/writes to the floppy
drive without error. I did find several Hard Errors on the floppy
on and before 12-14-92. At this time someone logged into root
and rebooted this workstation ("more /usr/adm/messages") the
hard errors did not continue. With the help of one of your co-workers
I did dosdir and doswrite. This also worked.
I don't know what your specific problem was so I will leave this
Hotline call open till Monday. If we don't hear from you we will
