the mouse here seems to have a flaky left button which will
"multi-click" --- I press and hold the left button and, sometimes,
the application will behave as if I pressed and released it a few times
(happens in ez, emacs, twm, so I figure it's no software bug...)
it doesn't happen all the time, though, so it's useable but real
annoying (don't try to use X cut and paste when your left mouse
button clicks by itself while you're dragging the mouse :-)
