Disregard the zephyer I sent earlier, we now have a better plan.
The LK501 keyboard on Farmer was hosed by someone spilling
water onto it. In situations like this, we ask the departments
to replace it. Technicaly the equiptment was "abused", though we
know it is not your fault. Digital will make Hotline pay for it
and the charge is pretty heavy.
Anyway, with your approval, the Hotline will replace it. You will
please order another through DECDirect (1-800-DIGITAL) and replace
the one we gave you. It may take 3-6 weeks for the replacement.
Please e-mail Hotline with your okay if we are to procede.
