12-124 cezar ln03 not printing

 Machine: cezar (ln03)
 Location: 12-124
 Problem: jobs are not printing off it.
 
          I found a job of 0 bytes size.
          I flushed that job, but it still did not do anything.
          I upped and downed and restarted the print queue many times.
 
  Please check it out, it's possible that the actual ln03 hardware is
  shut off and nothing is printing.  The print queue is large.
