All indications are that this belongs to Tony Testa from DEC.

I assume that you're referring to the machine that's just outside of
Peter Roden's office. That's where the visiting Engineers from DEC
who were working on Patriot were sitting. The space has now been
allocated to visitors from CSS who need to work in E40 on occasion.
The machine is not assigned to ACS, and so if it does belong to us it
must belong to DCNS. Check with Peter Roden. I believe that he was
the person who was in charge of deployment at the time that area was
set up.
