Phys. Plant called and requested a shutdown approval for Tuesday the
17th of November. There are two A.C. units in E40-008 that they want to
shut down one at a time, for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, for regular
maintenance. This would take place from 7:30 to 10:30 in the morning.
I've called PP and approved the shutdown, after talking with Jerry and
Kim to make sure it was OK.
I pressed PP on the time, and they promised that their workers would be
there at 7:30 (as opposed to some random time between 7:30 and 10:30),
and that it should really only take 40 minutes.
