A user, scotty, had lost some mail messages from his account. (He thought
that they were deleted because he was over quota; the actual cause of
lossage is still unknown.) A request was sent to hotline to please try
to restore those messages. It's in transaction #938. The user is in olc
again now, wanting to know what happened to his files. Could someone
please send him mail (cc'd to me, kevles) and let him know if you were able
to look for his messages, or if you will be able to, or if it's a lost
cause, or if you need further information? Apparently no one ever got back
to him, so he's still in the dark.
