The DS3100 (bettylou) has a very loud RZ23 hard drive. This is Dawn Geary's
location. I have placed a service call for Friday morning for RZ23
replacement. Client gave o.k. for RZ23 replacement (standard software).
OP, could you please arrange to have this system
ready for the software reload. The Ethernet chip address
is as follows: 08-00-2B-14-A1-BB. Please let us know when
