Mary called to report that they would like to do preventitive
maintenance on air conditioners in 11-135 and W20-575. There are 2 AC
units in each room, all 4 will be worked on. This will take place on
Friday Nov6 from 7:30am to 11:30am. Each unit will be down for about 15
minutes. Mary has PM#'s if we need them.
They will work on both at the same time. Jerry
