Problem: the RZ23 disk is loud and roaring (please replace it.)
I have demonstrated this to Digital Dave
(if you need more proof, come see me because it doesn't sound
loud if you sit at it idle, but do some compute-intensive thing
and the machine will sccccrrrrreeeeaaammmm!!)
