Apparently, when the 6.001/4 lab was rearranged, a lot of the IP addresses
that previously belonged to the VAX 2000s in here were reassigned. There
are now seven VAXen left. The problem is that one of them has had its IP
address reassigned to another machine already! So when it is booted up,
it complains thus:
Setting up network: duplicate IP address!! sent from ethernet address: 08:00:09:25:b5:6c
Address 18.62.0.106 is in use by 08-00-09-25-b5-6c.
Address 18.62.0.106 is already in use
Unable to initialize network.
Please contact Athena Operations.

HALTED.
This poor VAX is trying to assert its proper identity as M34-501-6 on
18.62.0.106, and is finding that some other machine has usurped its address,
under a different name. The machine also can't be used in the mean time.
Please tell GORDON-R-DICKSON to find his own address, so that M34-501-6
can be restored to functioning with its rightful IP address.
