This is the final fix on Homer 66-080 Lno3.
The unit was swap'd and new Lno3 is in place
but needs a new Opc before it can be put in
full use.

Has 110 pgs on it.
Log# BA5993 is closed.
Original note already in resolved Note 17356.
Out of decs hands in ours untill opc replaced and
queue up'd.
