Zprstat showed ceres down with 9 jobs in queue.  Lpq showed following:

angler: 3:31pm hunter! lpq -Pceres
W20-575-P.MIT.EDU...  Printer Error: may need attention! (fusing error)

I have down'd/flushed queue untill someone can get over there.
