3) Bldg. 18 supply fans 1, 3 & 6. Tue. 10/27 11:00 pm to Wed. 10/28
2:00 am. Serves hood make-up fan, north office area.
4) Bldg. 39 fan supply SCU2. Thur. 10/29 1:00 am to 4:00 am. Serves
39-430A clean room.
