Hi David,
The only official names for this printer (i.e., the only names
that are in the Hesiod database for it) are 'w20-east-1' and 'ryujin'.
The name 'east-1' is not an official name for the printer. While a
local /etc/printcap file on a workstation can be used to provide
information about printers, this shouldn't really happen on a public
workstation. So, I'm curious about how you use this 'east-1' name,
and when it started failing.
