Hi Jerry-
Homer has had service calls for basically same problem now
since Sept 17th. The following are the dates and Dec Log#'s.
Sept 17th B93815 (B94097)
Sept 22nd B96569
Sept 24th B97373
Sept 28th B98234
Oct 13th BA3620
Oct 15th BA4424 (BA4956)
A user has reported homer banging again Tue Oct 20 15:42:05 1992.
This of course will need to be verified ASAP by someone in our
group but this I feel has gone on long enough, were looking at
approx 5days of up time since Sept 17th.
I will check 1st thing and update thereafter.
