  Hi All Interested Parties,

The LOG#: BA 4760 that is in Room 5-218 was a service call logged
by the customer to DEC directly. This is a machine which will be
"athenized" by Kim's group. It was logged by the customer because
he bought the machine himself, (before the purchaseable workstation
phase), it was not one of our standard DEC model machines.
Christi does not need to know about this service call, this time.
(The call was going to go through us (Carol and I were consultants
working w/ this customer), but we straightened it out and he logged it
 himself.)
FYI- Customer name is Robert Fricke, 3-4338. Machine name = isbjorn.

    Kim,
Bill Meehan (DEC) found nothing wrong with the hardware.

    Hotline People,
    Resolve the note.

   Thanks,
   Rita HelpDesk
