Cluster printer not known to workstations

Ladies and Gentlemen,
We have three Athena workstations and a cluster printer in the Dept of Political
Science. The workstations are:
thobbes VS 3100
locke VS 3100
rousseau DSMAXINE
They do not seem to know that their cluster printer is named "ithiel." Any
requests for printing not preceded by a "setenv PRINTER ithiel" command return
an "unknown printer" message. The workstations and printer are located in
E53-445. This problem appears to have arisen this fall; last spring all
print requests were handled by ithiel with no problem. Perhaps it occurred
with the semiannual Athena software upgrade?
