Hi Guys-
I set a new system up in 26-463, the cables were long enough all
that was fine but the network doesn't seem to be working. I ran
a loopback test on the cpu and it was fine. The only light on
the transciever was the power light. I also tried all 4 jacks
with no go.
Could you please look into and get back to hotline, I left the system
down and will need to get in touch with customer to let them know
it's alright to turn on.
The system name is m26-463-1.
Any problems/questions don't hesitate.
