Hi,
I have recently bought a 14.4 kbd v.32bis modem and I do not seem
to be getting good performance from it (when I calculate the
chars/sec it seems to be worse than a 2400 baud modem). My test
environment is downloading a file from athena. Is athena the
problem? Am I doing something wrong on my end (I have the terminal
program set for 57.6 kbd, Xon/Xoff and hardware handshaking on; my
system is a Mac II)?
