Hi,
I am having problems with the following equiptment in building 66:
Printer cheme0 in 66-070 is not responding and shows a printer error.
Restarting the printer does not help. Also, when restarting the
printer, I noticed the test sheet had a blank line running down the
right side about 1/4" thick. This has been a problem for some time
and does not go away with a change in toner or maintenance kit.
An IBM RT, m66-070-6 is also down and will not reboot. It is
showing an IO error as it starts to boot the athena system software
and then tries to reboot itself from the floppy and then the hard
drive.
Printer cheme2 in 66-246 is using huge amounts of toner and the last
time I replaced the toner cartidge, the toner cartridge light did
not go out.
I realize these are alot of problems, but when it rains...
