Problems : Loose connection with the Athena servers

On Tuesday, somebody from Athena stopped by to check our machine and found that there was a loose
connection to the network box (the box that has blinking lights). We tightened the connection,
and it worked fine for a while.
Today, I started to discover similar problems as the one we had before (lost connection with
the Athena file servers). I suspect there is something wrong with the jack, since as I pushed
the jack further (or shake it), the connection was reestablished. I was wondering if you could
send him again to have it checked ?
