1. The little red light with a pyramid of six dots is flashing on printer
w20-east-4.
2. I had a problem with w20-east-2 (and have had it with other printers
in the past) that it prints my documents crooked...slightly higher on
the left side of the page than on the right side. Has anyone else
complained about this? What can I do? I am printing LATEX files.
