The shutdown is for their monitoring system, not chilled water. It will
be down from 10-noon for computer backups. During this time they will
not be able to monitor the temperature in 11-135.
I gave the ok for this.

Subject: FCS Shutdown
Mary called in reporting an FCS (Facilities Control System) shutdown.
This one affects the chilled water in building 11 room 135. The shutdown
will take place on Wed, Oct 7 from 7am to 12 noon. The purpose for the
shutdown is to backup the database.
