Hi Diana-
The printserver in E25-131 was found halted on 9-28, after rebooting Imhotep
started printing. The first job in it's queue when I looked at it
just now seemed to be the culprit of the recent hang up. I have
killed that job and has now printed 5 jobs.
The printserver in E25-147 is indeed having a hardware problem and
we are currently coordinating the swaping of the cpu.
