Rachel Morton called in about her network printer, "neoutput". She says
that all she did was unplug the machine to change the toner. When she
plugged it back in, it didn't come on again. She has tried other outlets
as well as other power cords, but to no avail. She would like someone to
come out and take a look at it. However, she had just run user
maintenance on the printer and apparently installed something worth
$200. She doesn't want the machine removed unless she can first remove
her package. Please give her a call at 3-5612. The machine is located in
24-216.
