m16-034-27 monitor no image

I found m16-034-27 without an image. I tried adjusting brightness and rebooting
the CPU, but no luck. I then tried connecting the (working) #25 CPU to the #27
monitor, and had some bad luck. Please see note about m16-034-25. The #27
monitor did not have any image when connected to the #25 CPU.
The fuse in the monitor appears fine. With the CPU disconnected, I can hear the
monitor turn on, but it doesn't give any random background image.
I left a note on the system.
